I'll now try James suggestion with GS 9.23
Without extractpdfmark.
If it fails, I'll enable extractpdfmark and redo tests.
I have just run all the tests using GS 9.23/24/25 and 26 and it doesn't
fail.
It could therefore be extractpdfmark after all
I have run out of time tonight, so Thomas, try with extractpdf using gs
9.26 (as that is what I have at work) and see if that works.
