Checkout the 'web' branch of the git repo, and edit the file site/news.html/in (or you can send me your announcement and I'll push it for you). That's excellent news! I advise you to open a Nabble account for archiving purposes, since the GNU mailing list archive isn't good at dealing with non-English characters...
