Yes, it is. If a majority of translators prefer that the outdated part
of the translation is just deleted and not replaced by anything, we
might adopt a simpler policy. I don't care as long as this does not put
too much burden on doc contributors and developers. Fortunately changes
that are not convert-lyable are not so frequent.
