Looks good, Jonathan! I haven't checked the actual
make files, but the style looks fine for the LM.

Thanks for looking, Trevor. I think I've cleaned up all of the
indentation problems Werner pointed out and have included a @warning to
use tabs instead of spaces when defining targets and pattern rules. New
version posted.
