Done: lilypond-book will be called if at least one file in ly/*.ly or scm/*.scm is newer than .texi output, which is enough to regenerate the Internals Reference and other automatically generated Texinfo documentation, but not enough to regenerate all @lilypond(file)s snippets, because the decision of rebuilding @lilypond(file)s is taken by lilypond-book, not by make.
