I had a similar problem: make was looping in input/lsr building WWW-post
target. I fixed it by removing
insput/lsr/bagpipes{-intro.itely,.snippet-list} in commit
5375389c42e9b28cce678da532e49aaf0c574ad5, in master and
lilypond/translation.
I'd be very surprised if you hit this bug after this revision; I can't
reproduce any loop with 'make -C input/lsr out=www info' (or 'make
out=www WWW-post'). I'll try again after a clean build later.
