You're right; I screwed up when I changed my script to deal with OSX to linux. Sorry about the PEBKEC,this looks fishy. It should be something like make LILYPOND_EXTERNAL_BINARY=~/usr/bin/lilypond web(you have to call the wrapper script which sets various env. vars for the thing to work)
