That's right, writing a draft "Transitive Grace Period Public Licence v2.0" is on my TODO list. I was thinking of modeling it on the "GCC Runtime Library Exception": https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gcc-exception.html I would of course appreciate any constructive, polite advice from the assembled experts here.
