Hi All

I’ve just been reviewing the Mulan Permissive Software License (SPDX:
mulanpsl-2.0). The OSI page relating to this (approved) license is here:

https://opensource.org/license/mulanpsl-2-0/

However, the link to the original license steward’s version links to an
associated license, the Mulan Public License 2.0 (which at a quick glance is a
form of copyleft licence and is not approved by the OSI). They also seem to
have come up with their own SPDX-like identifier, which is not on the SPDX
database (I’ll raise this with the SPDX team):

http://license.coscl.org.cn/MulanPubL-2.0

The correct link appears to be here: https://license.coscl.org.cn/MulanPSL2

Many thanks

Andrew
