I believe that the new Ethically Licensed Open Source (ELOS) definition is compatible with the open-source definition. The new "Ethical Open Source" (EOS) concept is not. To me, the more problematic issue is the latter, which is not open source but continues to co-opt the langauge of the open source movement. This undermines the open-source mission.
