Thank you for the correction. Is the original MSYS used still? From what I
have read, it has been a dead project for many years, so it should be removed
from newer versions of libtool. If this migrates to master, I will update the
NEWS to say support is being dropped for MSYS but that MSYS2 is still
supported.
