Thanks for the info. I have Patch Kit #3 installed (including that patch),
and you're right! I just verified this using Robert's test.

That's too bad. 4.x and earlier also have a horrible XPG conformance issue
with restartable signals, and the fix for that (in 5.x) also won't be
backported.
