It's intentionally outside sw, so if later a ShapeInteropGrabBag, etc. is added, it can be reused. Just to avoid introducing unused code, I added support for the w:mirrorIndents paragraph property using ParaInteropGrabBag, adding other new such paragraph properties should be now possible without touching Writer core.
