need to indicate that the option selects the header.
correction to left/right arrow icons for tdf#153748
Problem arose because commit
59b602dcdb445116dde3e50dce45974eec0e043b removed the
relevant information from links.txt
refactor <relatedtopics>, remove <xml-lang>
