Yes, that is what the old code suggests, but I removed SCSTR_ALLFILTER and I see no difference in appearance or behaviour of the filter nor error :-)
but I have no idea how to invoke this dialog. I hope that Eike may have an idea how to open this dialog, otherwise we may need to wait for Kohei.
