It would be interesting to know how POINTER_HAND and POINTER_REFHAND
are used around the LibreOffice code ?
But anyhow - the patch looks fine for what it is :-) It'd be great to
push it, but it'd be nice to know if we really use this distinction
meaningfully inside vcl and its dependents anyway ...
