Mmmmmmm. Be careful describing Gaelic as Scots. Scots is actually a language in its own right - a variant of English! (A bit of history - Scots is the language spoken in the lowlands, where the people are descended from the Angle invaders. These were the Sassenachs. The entire history of this area is well confusing - for example Scotia (from where the Scots take their name) is actually Ireland!
