This appears to be recent. I went to a machine, identical to the other two,
which has not been updated since 2016-10-09 15:13:38.
It has: libreoffice 1:4.3.3-2+deb8u5, the same as I reported earlier on a
different machine.
Reader versions are the same as what I reported earlier.
evince 3.14.1-2+deb8u1
acroread 9.5.5-dmo2

This plus Floris' comment in the ask.libreoffice question make me wonder if the
problem isn't with a library.
