Then we change some concepts and not talk to retain or limit, but handing
consistent user experience when the contents are docked to the sidebar. For me
the idea of the sidebar, is a way to manage a set of tools in a coherent and
orderly, not a set of different elements working in the same place (or it
appears to be ...). This would also help users / developers to be careful when
creating new widgets or macros to run docked to the sidebar, and not find
widget cut or overlapping.

I think that also provides flexibility, whereas somewhat flexible does not
necessarily mean something unlimited.
