If so, that's a terrible idea. You do not want the sidebar constantly re-sizing as you click on different objects in your document. Bug 69534 is about the modules remembering if the sidebar is open or closed. Again unrelated to the min/max width of the sidebar. As a sidebar user, the only state I care to manage is open or closed, open to focus on properties or closed to focus on content. I do NOT want to micromanage the size of the sidebar like I do now because controls get hidden.
