Hi Ismael,

As I can see, in cells A1 and A2 the applied format is MM/DD"/YY", an User
defined format, you can see it with Ctrl+1 (Menu/Format/Cells) in Numbers tab.
in any other cell except those enter a date, it is well formed with the default
date format DD/MM/AA for Spanish locale.

Properly, like "/YY" is between quotes then it is considered as literal and not
affected with the change of locale.

Following steps works fine for me with:
Win7x64Ultimate
Versión: 4.2.0.1 Id. de compilación: 7bf567613a536ded11709b952950c9e8f7181a4a
Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 22355042a6fc7aecf3caab69b3fa3be1430b697f
         TinderBox: Win-x86@39, Branch:master, Time: 2013-12-17_23:17:35

Please try resetting the user profile, sometimes solve strange issues.

Maybe default template was changed.
