xkbcli dump-keymap-wayland

tl;dr: doesn't work out of the box, but setting a shortcut to Ctrl+: does!
Maybe this should be added as a default?

---

Sadly, I can confirm that the issue is still present for me on
x86_64/Arch/Wayland/GNOME 50.5 and a us(dvorak-intl) mapping.

This has survived a complete system reinstall (with the same HOME dir).

FWIW: This is what pressing LeftCtrl+;, then LeftCtrl+Shift+; sends.

```
$ xkbcli interactive-wayland
Seeing this right now (the colon being sent), I went into the Tools/Customize
options, and assigned `Ctrl+:` to `Insert Current Time`. This worked!
[Previously, I had it assigned to Shif+Ctrl+;, the default; and Shift+Ctrl+:, a
manual workaround which previously, but no longer, worked].
So it looks like something on the way swallows the Shift+;, and silently
transforms it to :, swallowing the Shift in the process, which doesn't match
what LO expects. Oddly enough, the same doesn't happen for Shift+Ctrl++ (Insert
Cells). BUT OH! Insert Cells is actually already linked to BOTH Shift+Ctrl++
AND Ctrl++. I wonder what would happen if.... No: removing one then the other
shows that, in my case, it is Shift+Ctrl++ which applies, so the opposite
behaviour to what I see for Insert Current Time.
That said, it looks like there is a precedent for both the
Shift+...+shifted-character and non-Shift+shifted-character shortcuts to be
defined by default. Perhaps that's all that's needed here?
Attaching full `xkbcli dump-keymap-wayland` for reference.
