Some control to unselect all hidden sheets sounds like over-engineering to me. There shouldn't be too many hidden sheets in the average document where users select some but not all sheets. The amendment text, if taken as solution, needs localization and addition to the user-defined sheet label considering LTR/RTL. I suggest to not do that. The checkbox wouldn't be a solution as it has no other purpose than the current highlighting. If introduced it allows to check all easily, of course.
