--- Comment #11 from [email protected] --- Hello, a month has passed since last comment and nobody appears to feel concerned by this problem! However, I have identified a significant detail concerning the image anchoring mode. 1. Images anchored As Character reproduce the horizontal white lines when scrolling. 2. Changing the anchoring mode to To Paragraph makes the white lines disappear. 3. Enabling Smooth Scrolling also removes the white lines, but introduces severe performance degradation and additional text rendering artefacts (overlapping or partially erased lines). 4. Using SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen eliminates the graphical artefacts, although some UI elements are then missing or incorrectly displayed. 5. Disabling Skia and switching between Compiz and Marco make no difference. LibreOffice 25.x works correctly and does not show these problems on the same machines. IMO, this strongly suggests a regression in the GTK3/VCL rendering or repainting path specifically affecting inline images (images anchored As Character). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
