The hasFocus() function of ListBox always returns False.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Dialog.
2. Insert Listbox control.
3. Ask Focus of the Control.
<<control>> .hasFocus()
Actual Results:
4. It Returns False.
Expected Results:
4. It Returns True.
