With no effort to parse or add to existing LO dictionary, beyond current 'Add to Dictionary' handling on the Spelling dialog. Would we add it as a URL field on the Tools -> Options -> Paths panel? Or place a field for the URL somewhere on the 'Languages and Locales' -> 'Writing Aids' panel?
