When the text box Shape object has focus the Drawing toolbar activates. The same in the Writer module, except the drawing toolbar has the horizontal position. And in Draw, when text edit cursor focus is onto the Text elements of the Shape object, only the Properties deck of the Sidebar will activate. While in Writer which in addition to the 'Drawing' toolbar also has a 'Text Object' toolbar to manipulates the text elements of drawing shape object, in addition to the Properties deck of the SB. Aside from the layout of the Drawing tb, and the additional Text Object tb, believe the function/feature behavior of the toolbars and SB properties deck is reimplemented the same for both modules.
