There are two ways to fix this: 1) Using the Microsoft troubleshooter helper https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/install-upgrade/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed 2) Download the old installer it wants from our downloadarchive and uninstall using that installer, then install the new version. https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/25.8.4.2/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_25.8.4.2_Win_x86-64.msi can you confirm that you used a cleanup tool and/or whether one of the above methods solve the problem? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
