Description:
when upating current version with LibreOffice_26.8.0_Win_x86-64.msi runs in an
error as it seems to install Version 26.8.0.3 but is requesting a ressource for
version 26.8.0.4 , see screenshot to left corner and message.
The current installes version is LibreOffice_26.8.0_Win_x86-64.msi

CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (build 26200); UI render: Skia/Raster;

Steps to Reproduce:
1. down load acrual version
2. start the installation
3. observe teh problem after installasion is running sometime
Actual Results:
installation (or update) fails and has to end. former version keeps running
Expected Results:
install new version
