That is: * One can associate _most_ PS'es with an LS and a level within that LS. * One _cannot_ associate Heading N styles with an arbitrary LS (and a level within it). * The implicit LS of "Heading Numbers" is not exposed as a concrete, visible, structural LS (i.e. unlike how we expose paragraph and character styles for structural elements like footers or even headings really).
