I suspect a bug in Libre Office (Windows 10) 26.2.5.2 (x86_64)

I tried to evaluate powers of the group of integers modulo 23.
ie $x^i $ mod 23, there are supposed to be non zero all of them.
I used the formula:
=MOD($A8^V$2;23)

I also used an alternative simpler less intensive (easier) way
using the formula MOD(Q5*$A5;23) (previous cell ttimes first row
moid 23 and the results are correct.

Actual Results:
first row empyt, 2nd row numbers from 1 to 23, 3rd roq empty, , first
colum is filled with 1, 2, 3, ,, 23 succesive rows have the formula
=MOD($A4^C$2;23), resulta from x7 to m 25 are 0 (should be non 0),
cell b4 has the formula =MOD($A4^B$2;23) the formula is cipoed to the
right & down.
Expected Results:
some results are 0 they are supposed to be non 0 all of them

all result sholud be non 0 the bug report system - methodology is confusing!
