The tester probably didn't use Vulkan as the info says Skia/Raster. The Vulkan backend has now been moved behind experimental options. Quite probably it will not return in the same form. Google has a new approach to hardware accelerated rendering, which they are introducing to Chrome in stages: https://blog.google/chromium/introducing-skia-graphite-chromes/ We might end up using that or something completely different.
