1. The extended tip gives no meaning in the "Including Styles" case (i.e., the
Paragraph Styles case does not take the attribute/format case into account).
2. Ideally, different tips could be given for the two dialog options, but it
looks like it would require coding changes in the UI.
2. Meanwhile, the existing extended tip (34 words, 196 characters) could be
improved and the two cases handled in the same tip. Here is an attempt with 40
words, 266 characters. 

"For Paragraph Styles, search for text formatted with the paragraph style
selected from the Find list and replace with the paragraph style selected from
the Replace list. For Including Styles, search includes character styles with
the specified format and attributes."
