Does the issue persist when starting LibreOffice in Safe Mode (Help → Restart in Safe Mode)? How was LibreOffice installed (official .dmg, App Store, etc.)? Since this is happening on macOS 10.15.8 (Catalina), could you also try with a master build from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html ? You can install it alongside your current version to check if the issue is still present. If possible, a short screen recording of the behavior would also be helpful.
