[libmicrohttpd] Was the Upgrade feature based in the obsolete rfc2616?

Hello,

I'm not sure but it seems that rfc 2616 was deprecated by rfcs 723X. Could
anyone confirm this?

I opened some 723x, eg: 7230, 7231, 7232 etc., and they have the
"Obsoletes: 2616" header.
