Patch for *BSD and Darwin platforms is already added.
We are developing solution for Win32 platform on which zero-send is not flushing output buffer (answer on http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22117205/is-there-an-equivalent-to-tcp-cork-in-winsock is wrong, at lest for Win7+). Currently we are on final stage, need some more negotiations and testing.
