aclocal6 fails for me too, but everything else passes.  Some of this may 
be system resources, e.g. stack size, on the host OS.  Sometimes there 
are timing issues, but I wouldn't think so in automake.

Both of those pass for me.  You really have to dig into the individual 
tests to decide what is failing.  Many times the failures are really 
obscure corner cases.  Sometimes a change makes the test indicate a 
false failure.
