Perhaps you mean the Preface. The first place I see size mentioned is in the target architectures. My, things gave grown since LFS 6.5. The size for 7.5 (64-bit) is 1.5G. We have increased the minimum recommended partition size in Secion 2.2 to 4G relatively recently.
