My patch fixes both the prove.sh failure, which Bruce saw, and the formatting_unknown_nodes_renamed.sh failure too. The prove.sh failure was intermittent and triggered by the changes to Perl-5.18's hash-walking randomisation. Once I got that passing, I ended up seeing the formatting_unknown_nodes_renamed.sh failure, so dug out the fix for that too.
