The minix test(s) skip without reporting a failure.

Umm, we changed mtab from a file to a symlink some time after this
April :-)

I never trust tests, so I'm not particularly worried by this. And
we don't tell people to run the regression tests as root. OK, I see
the notes are in Documentation/howto-tests.txt, perhaps we should
point to that file re running as root ?

This is another test that needs mdadm (I guess that's why it has
that -md in the name). And for once I've still got all the files.
From root's diff -
+/scratch/working/util-linux-2.23.2/tests/ts/fdisk/align-512-4K-md:
line 58: /sbin/mdadm: No such file or directory

I guessed it might have timed out - this is on the completed
system which most definitely has a network connection.
