 I see you updated util-linux a little while ago.  I'm now in xorg,
running the tests as a regular user:
bash tests/run.sh --srcdir=$PWD --builddir=$PWD

and it get a lot of FAILED messages probing for low-level
superblocks in blkid -
... FAILED (52 from 52 sub-tests)
and blkid partitions probing
... FAILED (5 from 5 sub-tests)

 then lots of Permission denied errors from ld in fdisk:GPT which is
then marked as FAILED, same in some other fdisk tests, with the
result that 10 of 133 tests failed.
