Thank you. I saw in the gcc log similar new g++ and libstdc++ errors that I
mentioned originally. I think I can conclude that at least it's not just me or
something that I botched. I haven't begun compiling anything in this new system
yet, so I don't know if any of this stuff even matters. If the final version
has nothing more than a new kernel, then I intend to forge ahead with this
system.

I've placed a copy of the tests logs for a core2duo system on the server
so the link works for that now. The only FAILures that I get are:

079-gcc:FAIL: 22_locale/time_get/get_weekday/char/38081-2.cc
079-gcc:FAIL: libmudflap.c++/pass55-frag.cxx ( -O)

101-automake:FAIL: t/aclocal-deleted-header-aclocal-amflags.sh
101-automake:FAIL: t/remake-configure-dependencies.sh

Errors are slightly different with:

071-glibc:make[3]: [/sources/glibc-build/posix/annexc.out] Error 1 (ignored)
071-glibc:make[3]: *** [/sources/glibc-build/rt/tst-cputimer1.out] Error 1
071-glibc:make[3]: [/sources/glibc-build/conform/run-conformtest.out]
Error 1 (ignored)

079-gcc:make[4]: [check-parallel-gcc] Error 1 (ignored)
079-gcc:make[4]: [check-parallel-g++] Error 1 (ignored)
079-gcc:make[5]: *** [check-DEJAGNU] Error 1
