Looking at my log with gcc-4.4.5 (32-bits build), those two errors only happen 
in a build with tcl8.6.0 and never happen with tcl8.5.13.
I reverted tcl to 8.5.13 as there were other issues (FTBS in krb-5.10.3 if I 
remember well).
