I get 116 tests succeeded 9 tests failed. Let me check again. If I try TZ=UTC make -k check, or other variations using export, UTC0, etc, the tests still fail. If I delete /etc/localtime, the tests still fail. Howerver, if I mv /usr/share/zoneinfo/ /usr/share/zoneinfo.save the tests pass. I think we we have a problem with the time zone installation. Right now we are using: for tz in etcetera ...; do zic -L leapseconds -d /usr/share/zoneinfo -y "sh yearistype.sh" \ ${tz} done cp -v *.tab /usr/share/zoneinfo I can't find the Debian time zone install instructions.
