I figured we'd get that type of response, if any at all. We need to add things to udev anyway, like the persistent net rule. We know the environment and configure isn't needed at all, so we can just create a custom LFS file, Makefile.udev, and end up with: make -f Makefile.udev make -f Makefile.udev install I've already done most of the work and have it in make.sh/install.sh scripts.
