The problem with that is getting someone to pay for the bandwidth. The sources are now hosted by Oregon State University, but they are supposed to be for mirrors, not direct user download. All the sources for the full releases are at the mirrors. I know that there are several instances a month where someone decides to download everything from anduin - including duplicates that are there via symlinks. This leads to high bandwidth.
