The list in the book refers only to locales that are used by the automated 
testsuites (i.e., not necessarily intended to be used by humans). The testsuite 
for 
coreutils explicitly uses zh_CN.GB18030, not zh_CN.UTF-8. Besides, zh_CN.UTF-8 
is 
already covered by the sentence "In addition, install the locale for your own 
country, language and character set."
