I don't know. Try running jhalfs (note that you need this patch: http://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/livecd/browser/trunk/packages/jhalfs/jhalfs-2.3.1-locale-1.patch?format=raw) and specifying the directory with your files as a working copy. > From another mail i read that my translated files indeed are > compatible, but how could someone check this? Maybe someone should write a guide? But then, there are situations when exact translations are not good enough (e.g., it was the case for Chinese with old versions of LFS, before it started supporting multibyte encodings - I asked a translator to add a warning that, even though the book is translated into Chinese, the end result does not and cannot support Chinese).
