6-8 pages of what? We're not going to just put in instructions without backup text to explain the instructions. This is what hints and the wiki is for. Ag, you'll need to explain what you are looking for. Every day, more package updates are released that have fixes for 64-bit processors. *Upstream* is what needs to be fixed, not BLFS. And until *upstream* fixes the issues, why not use the wiki? 64-bit issues are only temporary. Now, for different architectures (such as ppc), that may require completely different build commands, this will need to be addressed. But it should be addressed in BLFS-Dev and not here. :-) -- Randy rmlscsi: [bogomips 1003.27] [GNU ld version 2.16.1] [gcc (GCC) 4.0.3] [GNU C Library stable release version 2.3.6] [Linux 2.6.14.3 i686] 11:36:00 up 16 days, 3:36, 1 user, load average: 0.25, 0.07, 0.02 -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
