Really?  Care to give me an example?  While I know the above is
intentionally true for 2.6.x -> 2.6.x+1 changes, I can't remember having
seen any new features or anything else that wasn't a pure bug fix in a
2.6.x.y -> 2.6.x.y+1 transition.
